Introduction

An integral part of implementation is appropriate training. Initially, the IDPNC onsite implementation support team will focus on system functionality, its uses and the change management processes required for system maintenance. Training will be conducted on-line with the use of manuals and on-site formalised training sessions. Once-off training will be done as part of the targeted Provincial implementations of the IDPNC.

Training Courses

Training courses are currently divided into two parts:

IDPNC Overview and Implementation Process (an introduction to the IDPNC placing the system in the South African Context).
IDPNC hands on training (aimed at the Organisational Administrators, Project and Funding managers).

Courses can be mixed and matched depending on time and need.
