Introduction

An integral part of implementation is appropriate training. Initially, the IDPNC onsite implementation support team will assist in training people to understand both the functionality of the system, its use and the optimum set up of processes to maintain information. Training will be conducted on-line with the use of manuals and on-site formalised training sessions. Once-off training will be done as part of the targeted Provincial implementations of the IDPNC. Over and above region specific training sessions, users will be able to attend National Training sessions that will be scheduled on a regular basis. Training events will only be added to the list once dates have been scheduled.

Training Courses

Training courses are currently divided into two parts:

IDPNC Overview and Implementation Process (an introduction to the IDPNC placing the system in the South African Context).
IDPNC hands on training (aimed at the Organisational Administrators, Project and Funding managers).

Courses can be mixed and matched depending on time and need.
