Apply
to become an Organisational Administrator
The IDP Nerve Centre System was primarily developed for South African
Government employees from the following types of organisations:
- National Departments (e.g. Department of Housing);
- Provincial Departments (e.g. Office of the Premier or Department of Local
Government and Housing);
- Metropolitan Municipalities (e.g. Tshwane Metropolotan Municipality);
- District Municipalities (e.g. Bophirima District Municipality); and
- Local Municipalities (e.g. Naledi Local Municipality).
Applications from the following type of organisations will be considered:
- Public Entities (e.g. ESKOM);
- International Donor Agencies;
In order to access, add new or edit existing planning, funding or
project-based information in the IDP Nerve Centre System, municipalities and
government departments need to designate their own IDPNC Organisational
Administrator. Administrators will be responsible for validating and assigning
user permissions to users within their own organisation.
User permissions are allocated in two ways:
- The user requests a certain type of user permission by completing the
online "Register as a New User" form. The request will be forwarded to the
Organisational Administrator for validation. Administrators can change
the requested permission if considered inappropriate. Organisations without
dedicated IDPNC Administrators, will be forwarded to the National IDPNC System
Administrator.
- The Organisational Administrator adds new users with associated
permissions directly in the IDPNC by making use of the e-Admin Application.
Registered users who require additional permissions at a later date, will
need to apply via their IDPNC Organisational Administrator.
